Panvimam Hotel offers beautiful views and a serene atmosphere set in the mountains, but the overall experience fell short due to poor service and some disappointing facilities. The rooms are spacious and have a unique charm, but issues like a cold pool and limited breakfast options detracted from the stay. I had high hopes for an excellent dining experience, but it did not meet expectations either. Overall, while the environment was lovely, management needs to address several key areas for improvement.
